Build in time each day to get your head together, think about what you have to do and plan ahead. Review as you go along – what is working for you? Are the time management methods you use working for you?
Self reflection is really important in personal development. As you determine what works for you, incorporate more of this into your routine so you build on better habits. The more good habits you form, the less room there will be for bad ones. Everyday you will be working towards a better and more refined version of yourself.
